What is this project about?

Skills shortages, international recruitment and hybrid working are placing greater demands on efficient, inclusive onboarding.

GAMESONBOARD combines AI-driven personalisation with gamification – for faster induction, greater retention and better learning outcomes in vocational training. GAMESONBOARD modernises the onboarding of international apprentices and interns in companies and vocational training institutions.

At its heart is an AI-powered, gamified platform featuring chatbots, interactive training modules and mini-games that strengthen intercultural skills, social integration and vocational competence, scalable for face-to-face, hybrid and digital settings.
